The performance proved this belt meets hot service application like hot sintered ore, hot pellet, hot clinker, hot chemical, fertilizer and hot cement etc. These belts are most suitable for heat resistant applications where the temperature of material to be carried is over 60˚C (140˚F)

Special Features

HT - 400 HT - 400 grade heat resistance belt is premium quality SBR rubber compound with very good abrasion resistance to handle hot materials up to 200ºC. This grade beslt is highly resistance to variety of heat applications and good service for iron ore, pellets, casing sand, coke and limstone etc. 50ºC (122ºF) ~ 100ºC (212ºF) SBR
HT - 550 HT - 550 grade is IIR (butyl rubber) hot belt compound features excellent heat resistance which is designed to carry hot loads materials with non-craking property. this belt is most suitable for the materials such as cement products, limestone, clay, slag, etc 100ºC (122ºF) ~ 130ºC (266ºF) IIR
HT - 710

HT - 850
HT - 710, 850 grade are the highest quality conveyor belt available to maximum heat resustance. Cover rubber is specially formulated EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) to adhesion for the applications to handle hot cement, clinker, phosphate, hot sintered ore and hot chemical, fertilizer etc. 120ºC (212ºF) ~ 180ºC (365ºF) EPR (EPDM)
